Using our proven research process, Big Picture, Purple Vision evaluates the current mix of fundraising activities in the context of an organisation’s vision, values, assets and opportunities. We analyse the effectiveness of recent activities and benchmark fundraising performance against similar organisations to assess the latent potential and identify new income streams.
The deliverable outcome of Big Picture is a facilitated workshop that supports an informed discussion of strategic options. From this, a phased, sustainable development strategy is produced, including a detailed plan for appeals and campaign structure, with quantified and costed recommendations for supporter development and acquisition appropriate to the organisation.
