Royal College of Art maximise their investment in The Raiser's Edge.
3 March 2010
The Royal College of Art’s Development Department secured Purple Vision’s help as they were concerned that their Raiser’s Edge system was not providing Fundraisers with the information that they needed to engage most appropriately with Funders and Alumni.
Keith Collins, Systems Director at Purple Vision said: “Our initial session with the RCA showed gaps in the recording of information on the system, key data being added in different ways, and few skills as to how to obtain meaningful reports and analysis.”
After securing senior management buy-in and agreeing objectives with the stakeholders, Purple Vision worked with the RCA on four key areas:
- Business process analysis
- Training needs analysis
- Data migration
- Training delivery
Sarah McMinn, Campaign Manager at the RCA said: “The process gave our users guidance to start using the system in a coherent way. I now have more confidence that Raiser’s Edge gives me a true picture of a funders’ support, – which is absolutely vital!”
